Terms of service

Effective date: 27 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Akash Gupta, an individual who operates Akash World (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, buying credits, subscribing to a plan or using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

1. The service

Akash World is one account that gives access to three products:

• Data Analyst — ask questions in plain language about data and documents you upload; it writes and runs queries and summarises the answer.
• AW Fitness — a workout and nutrition log, on the website and in a mobile app. Its food list’s nutrition values are estimates; where they come from, and the licences they are used under, are on the food data sources page.
• Showcase — an AI website builder that can publish the sites it builds at a public address.

We may grant access to a product per account, and we may add, change or withdraw products or features.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and give a working email address.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.
• One person per account. Do not create accounts to collect sign-up credits.

3. Credits

• What they are. Paid features are paid for in credits. Credits are prepaid: you buy them in advance through Razorpay, in Indian rupees, at the price shown on the Credits page. Some packs on the Credits page include bonus credits on top of those you pay for; bonus credits are used, and treated on a refund, like the credits they came with. New accounts may also receive free credits, and we may give credits through gift codes or as a goodwill grant. In the AW Fitness app you can also buy credit packs through the App Store or Google Play, at the price the store shows. That payment is made to Apple or Google under their terms, and a refund of it is asked for from them, under their own process (see the Refund and cancellation policy).
• How they are used. Before a paid job starts we set aside (“hold”) the most it can cost. When it finishes we charge what it actually used, never more than the amount held, and the rest becomes available again. Some actions have a fixed price, such as a Showcase build or a hosting period; others, such as a Data Analyst question, cost what the work used up to a stated maximum. The price, or for work priced by use the most it can cost, is shown on the button or form before you start it, and a job does not start if your available credits do not cover its maximum.
• Recurring charges. Showcase hosting and extra storage are charged in credits for each period, as described on the pages where you turn them on. If a renewal cannot be paid there is a grace period, after which the site is taken offline or the extra storage ends (see the Refund and cancellation policy).
• No cash value. Credits are not money. They cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another account, and they can be used only on Akash World.
• No refunds on credits. Purchases of credits are final. See the Refund and cancellation policy for how failed jobs are handled and what happens if a payment is reversed.
• Mistakes. If a credit is granted or charged in error, we may correct the balance.

4. Plans

• What they are. AW Fitness plans (Fit, Pro and Trainer) are bought with credits from your balance, for a prepaid period: 30 days, or 365 days where a yearly period is offered. The price in credits is shown on the plans page, in the app and on the website, when you buy. No card or other payment method is charged for a plan; you pay for credits as described above. A plan includes a number of AI meal analyses each calendar month (UTC); analyses left over do not carry over. Past that number, an analysis costs credits as described above, and we always ask before using them.
• Free trial. Each account can have one free trial of AW Fitness, once. It starts only when you choose to start it, in the app or on the website, and gives you the Pro plan’s features for 5 days (120 hours) from that moment, with up to 20 AI meal analyses in total. No payment or card is needed and nothing is charged. The trial ends automatically: it never turns into a paid plan, and your account then returns to the free plan, or to a plan you have bought. An account that has, or had, a paid plan, or has a plan given to it, cannot start one. Buying a plan during the trial ends the trial when the plan starts.
• Renewal is your choice. A plan does not renew unless you turn on “Renew from my credits”. If you do, at the end of each period the plan’s price in credits is taken from your balance and the plan continues for another period. If your balance does not cover it then, the plan ends and your account returns to the free plan. You can turn renewal on or off at any time. We remind you 3 days before a plan ends or renews.
• Buying again, moving up or down. Buying the plan you already have adds its period to the end of your current one. Moving to a higher plan (for example Fit to Pro) starts the new plan at once, and the unused part of your current plan is added back to your balance in credits, in proportion to the time left. Moving to a lower plan starts it when your current plan ends; it is paid for when you choose it.
• When it ends. Ending a plan never deletes anything you have logged. Features the free plan does not include stop being available for new use.
• Refunds. Credits spent on a plan are not refundable, in whole or in part, except as the law requires and except for the unused part credited back when you move to a higher plan. See the Refund and cancellation policy.
• Card subscriptions bought before 17 October 2026. A plan subscription bought through Razorpay before then keeps renewing on the payment method you chose until you cancel it on the plans page; it then runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Its payments are not refunded, in whole or in part.
• Price changes. We may change a plan’s price in credits for future purchases and renewals. We will tell you before a new price applies to a plan you renew, and you can turn renewal off before it does.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Akash World, or a site published with it, to:

• break any law, or infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
• publish or request content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, sexually exploits minors, or promotes violence;
• deceive people — for example phishing pages, impersonating a person or organisation, fake shops, or collecting passwords or payment details under false pretences;
• distribute malware or attack, probe or overload any system, including ours;
• get around credit holds, rate limits, access controls or another user’s data;
• upload data you have no right to use, including other people’s personal data without a lawful basis.

6. Sites published with Showcase

• You are responsible for everything on a site you publish, including what the AI wrote for you. Read it before you publish it.
• Every published site carries a “Report this site” link that anyone can use.
• We may take a site offline, revoke its previews, and stop its hosting at any time if we believe it breaks these terms or the law, or in response to a report. We may also block an account from Showcase, which takes all of that account’s sites offline. Hosting that ends this way is not refunded.

7. AI-generated output

Answers, queries, summaries, nutrition estimates and websites are produced by AI models and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check anything that matters before relying on it. Nutrition estimates are not medical or dietary advice. The content you submit for AI features is sent to the model providers named in the Privacy policy.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload and of the output produced for you, to the extent the law allows. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it (including to our processors) only as needed to run the service for you, and, for a site you publish, to serve it to the public.

Sharing with a trainer. In AW Fitness you can let another account, your trainer, read the categories of your records you choose. We show them to that account only because you asked us to, read-only, and only until you or they stop it; the Privacy policy says what is shared and how to stop. If you are the trainer, use what a client shares with you only to coach that client.

9. Availability and changes

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time, and we may change, suspend or end any part of it. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business. Our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account, in the AW Fitness app, on the website or by email; we delete it within 30 days of the request, and you can cancel the request until then, as described in the Privacy policy. We may suspend or close an account, or withdraw access to a product, if these terms are broken, if we are required to by law, or to protect the service or other users. A suspended account cannot sign in. Unused credits are not refunded when an account is closed or suspended for breaking these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Basti, Uttar Pradesh, India, have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new effective date, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept it.
